and as we discover together what brought
you to where you are today.

Through our work together, the goal is for
you to discover clarity. With that clarity comes freedom to be, to choose, to live. And my
greatest hope is that you will experience
peace, in whatever way you need it most.

Hi. I’m Cindy, and I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

I welcome working with individuals and families whose lives have been turned upside-down by unexpected life events … no matter how big or how small.

I know what it is to have life become
painful and unrecognizable. 

During difficult days in my own life, I discovered the benefit of working with a therapist. It was so important for me to have that touchstone.

You don’t have to handle
your struggles alone.

I want you to feel more grounded as you navigate painful situations and feelings. I’ll provide a safe space for you to be able to speak your truth and discover your own voice. And in that, to receive clarity that leads to more freedom and, ultimately, more peace.
